I had a fantastic stay at the hotel; it's centrally located, close to major shopping malls, and offers great value for money. The rooms were comfortable and came with access to the lounge for afternoon tea and breakfast, which I found to be incredible. However, there was a minor inconvenience with having to provide a money deposit for an extra room key, which was quickly resolved by the friendly staff.
